KanjiQuiz プライバシーポリシー
WeCIR（以下、「当方」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「KanjiQuiz」（以下、「本アプリ」）における ユーザー情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
【移行に関するお知らせ】
本ポリシーは、バージョン 1.1.0（2026年8月公開予定）以降の取り扱いを定めたものです。
1.1.0 が公開されるまでの間は、アカウント情報および学習データの保管に
Firebase（Google）を使用しています。
1.1.0 の公開をもって Firebase の利用を終了し、Supabase へ移行します。
移行の前後で、当方が取得する情報の種類・利用目的・第三者提供の範囲に変更はありません
（保管先の事業者が変わります）。
広告（Google AdMob）に関する記載は、1.1.0 より前のバージョンにも同様に当てはまります。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得または取り扱う場合があります。
- アカウント情報（メールアドレス、表示名など。Supabase Auth 経由）。Google または Apple でサインインした場合は、各社から提供される識別子とメールアドレスを受け取ります。※ Apple の「メールを非公開」を選択した場合、当方には転送用の匿名アドレスのみが渡されます。
- 学習データ（クイズの成績、間違えた問題、学習日ごとの記録、苦手な漢字など）
- 利用状況の情報（どの画面に到達し、どのくらい滞在したか、チュートリアルを完了したか等）。第三者の解析サービス（Google アナリティクス等）は使用せず、当方が管理する Supabase 上のデータベースに保存します。端末ごとのランダムな識別子（匿名 ID）、表示言語、OS バージョン、タイムゾーン、アプリのバージョンを併せて記録します。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・位置情報・広告 ID を当方が保存するこの記録に含めることはありません（広告のために Google が別途取得する情報については、下記「広告に関する情報」をご覧ください）。
- 端末情報、クラッシュ情報、診断情報
- 購入情報・サブスクリプション情報（サブスクリプションの購読状態。RevenueCat 経由）。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当方が取得することはありません。

広告に関する情報。本アプリは Google AdMob による広告（クイズ結果画面のインタースティシャル広告）を表示します。
AdMob の SDK は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止・分析のために、次の情報を取得し Google と共有します。
- デバイス識別子（Android の広告 ID、アプリセット ID など）
- IP アドレス、およびそれに基づいて推定されるおおよその位置
- アプリの操作に関する情報（起動、タップ、広告の表示や視聴など）
- アプリおよび SDK の動作に関する診断情報（起動時間、ハング率、消費電力など）
※ iOS では App Tracking Transparency の許諾ダイアログを表示しておらず、IDFA（広告識別子）にはアクセスしていません。他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断して利用者を追跡する「トラッキング」は行っていません。
2. 利用目的
- 本アプリの機能提供、本人確認、ログイン維持のため
- 学習機能、対戦機能、復習機能等を提供するため
- 不具合調査、品質改善、利用体験向上のため
- 購入処理、サブスクリプション状態確認、課金関連サポートのため
- 不正利用防止、セキュリティ確保のため
- 広告の配信、表示回数・効果の測定、不正な広告表示の防止のため
3. 外部サービスの利用
本アプリでは、機能提供や分析、課金処理等のために、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Supabase Inc. — アカウント認証、学習データおよび利用状況の保存（サーバー所在地：日本・東京リージョン）
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store の決済
- RevenueCat, Inc. — サブスクリプションの購読状態の管理
- Google LLC（Google AdMob） — 広告の配信および効果測定。取得・共有される情報は第 1 項の「広告に関する情報」をご覧ください。
- Google / Apple — サインイン（利用者が選択した場合のみ）
これらの外部サービスにおいては、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報が取り扱われる場合があります。
※ バージョン 1.1.0（2026年8月公開予定）をもって Firebase（Google）の利用を終了し、Supabase へ移行します。 1.1.0 が公開されるまでの間、アカウント情報および学習データは Firebase に保管されています。
4. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザー本人の同意なく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 ただし、前項の外部サービス提供に必要な範囲で情報が取り扱われる場合があります。
なお、広告配信については例外として、第 1 項の「広告に関する情報」に記載した情報が、 広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止・分析のために Google と共有されます。
5. 通知について
学習リマインダーは端末内で完結するローカル通知です。通知のために端末トークンを収集・送信することはありません。 通知は端末の設定からいつでもオフにできます。
6. 情報の管理
当方は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、合理的な範囲で安全管理措置を講じます。
7. ユーザーによる削除・問い合わせ
本アプリに関する問い合わせ、取得情報に関する相談、削除依頼等については、下記の連絡先または アカウント削除の案内をご確認ください。
8. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは学習アプリですが、保護者の管理のもとで利用されることを想定する場合があります。 必要に応じて、保護者は利用状況をご確認ください。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページの更新等の方法により周知します。

WeCIR ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "KanjiQuiz" ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle user information.
[Notice about our upcoming migration]
This policy describes how we handle information from version 1.1.0 onward
(scheduled for release in August 2026). Until 1.1.0 is released, account information and
learning data are stored with Firebase (Google). When 1.1.0 is released we
will discontinue our use of Firebase and migrate to Supabase.
The categories of data we collect, the purposes we use them for, and what is shared with
third parties do not change with the migration; only the provider that stores the data does.
The section on advertising (Google AdMob) applies equally to versions before 1.1.0.
1. Information We May Collect
- Account information (email address, display name, etc., via Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the identifier and email address provided by them. Note: if you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive only an anonymous relay address.
- Learning data (quiz results, missed questions, daily study records, weak kanji, and similar information)
- Usage information (which screens you reach, how long you stay, whether you completed the tutorial, and similar records). We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics; this data is stored in a database on Supabase that we operate. We also record a random per-device identifier (anonymous ID), display language, OS version, time zone, and app version. We never include your name, email address, contact details, location, or advertising ID in these records that we store (for information Google collects separately for advertising, see "Advertising information" below).
- Device, crash, and diagnostic information
- Purchase and subscription information (subscription entitlement status, via RevenueCat). We never receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

Advertising information. The App shows ads served by Google AdMob (interstitial ads on the quiz result screens).
For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics, the AdMob SDK collects and shares the following with Google:
- Device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID)
- IP address, and the approximate location estimated from it
- App interactions (app launches, taps, ad impressions and views)
- Diagnostic information about the app and the SDK (launch time, hang rate, energy usage)
Note: on iOS we do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not access the IDFA (advertising identifier). We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide app functions and maintain login sessions
- To support learning, quiz, multiplayer, and review features
- To improve app quality, performance, and user experience
- To process purchases and confirm subscription status
- To prevent abuse and maintain security
- To deliver ads, measure impressions and ad performance, and prevent fraudulent ad activity
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as:
- Supabase Inc. — account authentication and storage of learning and usage data (servers located in the Tokyo, Japan region)
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store purchases
- RevenueCat, Inc. — management of subscription entitlement status
- Google LLC (Google AdMob) — ad delivery and measurement. See "Advertising information" in section 1 for what is collected and shared.
- Google / Apple — sign-in (only if you choose to use it)
Information handled by these services may be processed according to each provider's own privacy policy.
Note: with version 1.1.0 (scheduled for August 2026) we will discontinue our use of Firebase (Google) and migrate to Supabase. Until 1.1.0 is released, account information and learning data are stored with Firebase.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may rely on third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the App and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising is an exception: the information described under "Advertising information" in section 1 is shared with Google for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics.
5. Notifications
Study reminders are local notifications generated entirely on your device. We do not collect or transmit device tokens for notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
